1      Product Warranty

Shower Access Australia Pty Ltd, hereafter referred to as Shower Access, warrants that the product is fit for use under the specification provided and to the extent permitted under the Law.

Shower Access warrants that the product will be delivered free from defects in workmanship or materials and will work as specified for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.   Further, the warranty applies only when used within the operating and maintenance instruction and used for its intended purpose.

Should your product prove defective, please return the product to Shower Access for either a full refund, a replacement part, or repairs.

2.1     Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2.2 Try before you buy policy

The try before you buy policy refers to see if the unit fits on site and whether it is practicable to be used. No water shall be used nor should any wash people.

Should they be any evidence of use, Shower Access will charge 50% of the purchase price for product cleansing.

2.2     14 Day Return Policy

Should you decide you don’t want a product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us of your intent to make the return and an additional 7 days to effect the return.

To qualify for a return, we ask that you ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale, and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer care team to arrange the return.   Also, when sending your order back to us, please ensure that you do not write or stick anything on the product box itself.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.

Please note, we charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Simply call us, or let out customer care team know, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your return.

2.3     Damaged item(s)

To protect your purchase, make sure to inspect the item(s) packaging upon arrival.  If there is any visible damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to Service@Shower, and we will process an exchange on your behalf.

2.4     Product Non-conformity

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the buyer shall promptly notify Shower Access in writing via email (Service@Shower  supplying a proof-of-purchase date, and we will process an exchange on your behalf. You are required to protect and retain the product for investigation by Shower Access.

2.4.1    Sale items

We reserve the right not to accept returns on sale items.

2.4.2    Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will notify you again of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment, excluding the shipping cost.   You will receive the credit within 5 business days, with less restocking fee and less card fees incurred by Shower Access, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.4.3    Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
